Points → stars
Add the six, match the total to a band. The edges are sharp.
The hook
#🎮 The results screen
End of a level: your points get totaled and matched to a rank. You don't pick the rank — the score does. Land in a band, get that many stars.
#The real idea
Sum the six measures into one total (max 380), then match to the frozen star bands:
< 155 → 1★
155–204 → 2★
205–254 → 3★
255–319 → 4★
320–380 → 5★The edges are exact: 154 is 1★, 155 is 2★. One point can change the rating — which is why threshold-crossing is the whole sales conversation.
#🍁 Maple Grove example
115 points → 1★
115 points → 115 < 155 → 1★. Distance to 2★:
155 − 115 = 40 points to climb. That 40-point gap is the entire plan for the rest of the guide.
#Remember this
Bands have hard edges. You’re never chasing "more points," you’re chasing "across the next line."
